Mr. Bennett Language Arts

I recently moved back to the state of Colorado in the summer of 2015. 

 

After I graduted from Western State College University, in Gunnison Colorado, I decided to go on an adventure to the east coast and earn a masters in the classics.

​

That jounrey led me to Annapolis Maryland to St. John's College.  I studied there for a year and discovered a sister campus in Santa Fe New Mexico.  After two years of living in the east coast I decided it was time to return back to the mountains.  

 

I finished my graduate studies in Santa Fe New Mexico, at St. John's College, and discovered my passion for teaching.

I worked in education for three years in Santa Fe New Mexico and at the end of my third year I decided it was time to go back home.

Castle Rock Middle School is awesome!  Education here is innovative and inspiring.

My goal as a teacher is to show students that language arts is far more then just reading and writing -it is a practical and relevant art- that opens our minds and hearts towards discovering our true potential.
